An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Network Operations Center Engineer to join a high‑performing team supporting a global network infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting customers across network and server services, ensuring stability and fast issue resolution.
  • Working closely with the NOC Manager and wider engineering team to maintain excellent service levels.
  • Investigating and resolving network incidents, including coordination with transit providers and datacentre partners.
  • Deploying and maintaining BGP sessions across trading, WAN, and public network infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and improving routers, switches, uplinks, and assisting with new Points of Presence.
  • Preparing and presenting changes for the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB).
  • Delivering new services such as servers, firewalls, VPN/GRE tunnels, and other infrastructure components.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a networking-focused role
  • Degree in Networking or related field (desirable)
  • A passion for infrastructure, networks, and great customer service
