An exciting opportunity with a Glasgow based Cloud provider. You’ll collaborate with customers and the internal Development team to design, deliver, and support tailored solutions—understanding their needs, installing and configuring software on Linux-based systems, and ensuring smooth integration with their existing infrastructure.

You\’ll take ownership of customer-facing implementation projects, ensuring their success from start to finish. Taking both a hands on and client delivery focus.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex, high-volume, real-time system and integration projects for clients in the financial services sector
- Delivering reliable, maintainable solutions using internal tools and analytics platforms
- Helping shape and improve best practices
- Carrying out custom integrations and working closely with the development team on fixes and enhancements
- Training end-users on products and tools
- Gathering, documenting, and validating requirements for client projects and proof of concepts (PoCs)
- Providing technical support to clients and internal teams, including: Technical queries , production issues & troubleshooting
Ideally, you\’ll have a background with/in:
- Linux – As the platform runs on Linux-based servers
- Integration and software delivery client lifecycle process
- A software-based background to an extent, or a strong understanding of scripting and automation.
- (Not essential) Any understanding of TCP or related networking concepts
- (Not essential) Knowledge of financial markets and/or trading
