Head of Software Development
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – 2/3 days in office)
I’m currently partnered with a Glasgow-based tech company that’s scaling fast and looking for a Head of Software Development to lead and evolve their engineering function.
This is a strategic leadership role — not just line management, but full ownership of how engineering is run. You’ll be reporting into the CTO, working closely with Product and Design, and leading a growing team of 30+ across multiple squads.
