The Opportunity
This organisation has recently welcomed a new Head of Product who is transforming how digital products are delivered across the business. As part of this new vision, they’re creating a completely new roadmap—built from the ground up—to modernise how customers and internal users interact with one of their most critical digital platforms. This role is central to that transformation.
You’ll join as a Technical Product Owner, taking ownership of a major externally developed platform and ensuring it delivers continuous value. With outsourced developers and testers forming a key part of the delivery model, your ability to manage, guide, and influence external partners will be absolutely essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and refining the product backlog for a business-critical digital platform.
- Working closely with external development and testing partners to ensure quality, timelines, and delivery alignment.
- Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business.
- Shaping delivery practices and embedding new ways of working under the new Product function.
- Translating user needs and business goals into clear, actionable requirements.
- Supporting the new Head of Product in rolling out a fresh, long-term roadmap and product strategy.
