  • Ensuring resilient and well‐operated data services through strong monitoring, controls and continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with senior leaders to deliver data‐driven initiatives that improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.

About You

  • Strong experience across data analytics, data science and data engineering.
  • A track record of delivering enterprise data strategies and leading transformation.
  • Experience within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • A leadership style centred on coaching, empowerment and continuous improvement.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, modern engineering practices, and scalable architectures.
  • Excellent communication and decision‐making skills.
  • A relevant degree in Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics or similar.

  • 8x salary life assurance
  • Income protection
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Flexible holidays (with the option to buy more)
  • Enhanced family leave
  • Study support for further qualifications

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact, modernise data capabilities at scale and help shape the future of a respected financial services organisation.
