A global professional services organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead and evolve its portfolio of business‑critical enterprise systems. This is a senior, high‑impact role with ownership of system strategy, operational performance, integrations, and stakeholder engagement across the business. The role suits a hands‑on IT leader who combines strong technical capability with excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills, operating in a complex, fast‑paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of core ERP and enterprise applications, from roadmap and strategy through to day‑to‑day operational performance and security.
- Lead integration across finance, HR, CRM, document management and service platforms, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience.
- Ensure 24/7 operational support, including incident management, escalation, and service improvement.
- Act as the senior technology representative for enterprise systems in major change programmes, including M&A and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
- Provide application ownership for a defined suite of core platforms, driving stability, efficiency, and compliance.
