A global professional services organisation is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead and evolve its portfolio of business‑critical enterprise systems. This is a senior, high‑impact role with ownership of system strategy, operational performance, integrations, and stakeholder engagement across the business. The role suits a hands‑on IT leader who combines strong technical capability with excellent commercial and stakeholder management skills, operating in a complex, fast‑paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of core ERP and enterprise applications, from roadmap and strategy through to day‑to‑day operational performance and security.
  • Lead integration across finance, HR, CRM, document management and service platforms, ensuring data integrity and a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure 24/7 operational support, including incident management, escalation, and service improvement.
  • Act as the senior technology representative for enterprise systems in major change programmes, including M&A and large‑scale transformation initiatives.
  • Provide application ownership for a defined suite of core platforms, driving stability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Manage software licensing, vendor relationships, and budgets, ensuring value for money.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, recommending improvements and innovation where they add clear business value.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing internal team alongside third‑party partners.
  • Partner closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and translating business priorities into effective technology solutions.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale ERP or business‑critical systems within a professional services or similarly complex environment.
  • Strong background across platforms supporting finance, HR, CRM, risk/compliance, and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated success in systems integration, service delivery, and operating in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Experience leading teams and managing external vendors in a structured, high‑availability IT function.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and licensing.
  • Solid understanding of information security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
