We’re looking for a QA Engineer with hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join a contract engagement with a forward-thinking client based in Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test plans for Dynamics 365 CRM applications
- Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards
- Support UAT and release cycles
Ideal Experience:
- Strong experience testing Dynamics 365 CRM
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and tools
- Experience in both manual and automated testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Previous contract experience in fast-paced delivery teams
