An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Network Operations Center Engineer to join a high‑performing team supporting a global network infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting customers across network and server services, ensuring stability and fast issue resolution.
- Working closely with the NOC Manager and wider engineering team to maintain excellent service levels.
- Investigating and resolving network incidents, including coordination with transit providers and datacentre partners.
- Deploying and maintaining BGP sessions across trading, WAN, and public network infrastructure.
- Monitoring and improving routers, switches, uplinks, and assisting with new Points of Presence.
- Preparing and presenting changes for the weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB).
- Delivering new services such as servers, firewalls, VPN/GRE tunnels, and other infrastructure components.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a networking-focused role
- Degree in Networking or related field (desirable)
- A passion for infrastructure, networks, and great customer service
