I'm currently supporting my client, a highly respected and forward-thinking professional services firm, in their search for a Business Data Analyst to join their Glasgow-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a data-driven function that plays a crucial role in shaping the businesses reporting capabilities and data strategy. The successful candidate will work at the heart of data quality, governance, and business process improvement—collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver insight and drive better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Reporting, Data Governance, and Data Engineering teams to enhance systems and streamline reporting workflows
  • Gather, document, and translate business reporting requirements
  • Maintain and optimise business processes relating to data and reporting
  • Drive initiatives to improve data quality and support data governance efforts
  • Ensure reporting capabilities align with evolving business needs and strategic priorities
