Agile Coach (Full Time)
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
£66,000 + bonus + benefits
Our client in Glasgow is undergoing an exciting Agile transformation, moving from a traditional waterfall model to a product-driven environment. As Scrum Master/Agile Coach, you’ll play a key role in embedding Agile practices across a portfolio of 15-20 products, initially focusing on 2-3 critical initiatives.

What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Driving Scrum practices across teams and products to optimise collaboration and delivery.
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies and fostering continuous improvement.
- Coaching teams to embrace Agile principles and self-organisation.
- Collaborating with Product Owners to prioritise and deliver high-value outcomes.
- Monitoring progress, addressing risks, and enabling team success.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in multi-team environments.
- Expertise in Agile transformations and developing a product-focused culture.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and tools like Jira and Miro.
- Certified Scrum Master qualification; experience in financial services is a bonus.
