Concreet ga je aan de slag met:
- Het schrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten;
- Het actief searchen en benaderen van kandidaten via diverse online platforms;
- Het voeren van telefonische en persoonlijke interviews;
- Het beoordelen van kandidaten op vaardigheden, motivatie en cultuurfit;
- Het begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces, van eerste contact tot plaatsing;
Daarnaast volg je intensieve inhouse (IT)trainingen en krijg je volop begeleiding om jouw vaardigheden snel te ontwikkelen. Je leert door te doen – met veel vrijheid én verantwoordelijkheid.
Over het team: Het team waarin je terecht komt is een mooie mix van starters en ervaren collega’s in Sales.
Vereisten:
- Afgeronde HBO opleiding of een MBO 4 aangevuld met commerciële ervaring;
- Heb je al commerciële ervaring opgedaan? Dan is dit een pré;
- Beschikbaarheid van 32 - 40 uur per week;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, vanwege de communicatie met klanten en collega’s;
