Our Smoke Free Product function is at the heart of this change, becoming more agile, consumer centric, and data driven. Within this journey, UX Design plays a pivotal role. We are building a culture that values experimentation and forward-thinking digital experiences.
As a UX Designer, you will support the creation of A/B testing concepts, personalisation ideas, and high quality digital assets for global E-commerce campaigns and toolboxes. You will play a key role in supporting our CX and CRO teams in their next phase of growth. You will work closely with the Head of CRO, Head of CX and our UX managers to create user centric designs that improve journeys and increase performance across our Digital E-commerce Channel. You will contribute to both experimentation (through test concepts, wireframes, and UX/UI improvements) and campaign delivery (through asset creation and adaptation).

Key Responsibilities:- Create UX/UI concepts, wireframes, and visual designs for A/B tests and personalisation experiences.
- Translate insights, hypotheses, and market needs into test ready design solutions.
- Adapt and update product assets for global E-commerce campaigns and toolbox materials.
- Work cross functionally with CX, CRO, Product, Analytics, and Performance teams to ensure user centric outcomes.
- Support the execution of personalisation concepts through clear, well structured visual assets.
- Maintain consistent design standards across components, touchpoints, and campaign materials using our global design system.
- Present design recommendations confidently to stakeholders across teams.
- Champion accessible, inclusive, and user centred design principles.
- Advocate for experimentation and contribute to a test and learn culture across the organisation.
- Strong experience in UX/UI design, ideally within E-commerce digital product, or other creative environments.
- Excellent Figma skills - able to create high quality components, layouts, and prototypes.
- Ability to update, adapt, and create product assets for global E-commerce campaigns using our master assets.
- Clear understanding of UX principles, design systems, and experimentation (A/B testing, personalisation).
- Excellent visual communication skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple design requests effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting work to stakeholders.
- Experience working with cross functional teams or agencies (Desirable but not essential).
- Familiarity with CRO methodologies or experimentation tools (Desirable but not essential).
