Taxonomy Manager We are looking for a taxonomist or lead taxonomy manager/taxonomy designer to work for a large well-known global tech brand. This contract is initially for 12 months and is fully remote (UK based). Day rate – £ negotiable – Inside IR35. If you have experience in a taxonomy role for a tech or ecommerce brand and are looking for your next opportunity, then we would like to speak with you. Working with content, communications, and information professionals globally, including ontology governance group, product management group, taxonomists, ontologists, business unit stakeholders, and developers. Requirements: Experience working in taxonomy management in a large organization. Proven record of creating taxonomies from business requirements. Experience researching, identifying, and documenting requirements, as well as enforcing standards, agreements, and charters. Understanding of content management and development, as well as search and retrieval tools. Self-starter with a curious mind and good discernment. Good at dealing with ambiguity.
