Desirable

  • Experience working within CTO, Enterprise Architecture, or Strategy functions.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and enterprise governance practices.
  • Experience supporting technology simplification, cloud transformation, platform modernisation, or strategic architecture programmes.
  • Relevant programme or portfolio management certifications (MSP, Pg MP, PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications).
  • Key Success Measures
  • Successful establishment and operation of the Architecture Portfolio governance model.
  • Delivery of architecture initiatives in line with agreed strategic outcomes, timelines, and investment objectives.
  • Clear visibility of portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and value delivery for senior leadership.
  • Improved alignment between architecture strategy, engineering execution, and business priorities.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and decision-making across the architecture community and broader CTO organisation.
