Role Description: We are seeking a skilled SharePoint SME / 3rd Line Technical Specialist to support and evolve our SharePoint estate across on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms. This is a hands-on role requiring strong expertise in SharePoint upgrades, administration, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as 3rd line escalation for complex SharePoint issues
- Lead SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades
- Manage and support SharePoint Online (M365)
- Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability
Essential Skills:
- SharePoint Server 2019 & Subscription Edition (SE)
- SharePoint Online (M365)
Desirable Skills:
- Microsoft 365 stack: OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online
- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI capabilities
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
- Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400)
- Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)
