We are seeking a Senior EUC / Google Workspace Lead to oversee the design, build and rollout of a modern Google Workspace environment for a leading financial services organisation. This is a senior, influential role requiring a blend of technical depth, programme leadership, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will lead the transformation initiative to create a secure, scalable and enterprise grade Workspace ecosystem-comparable to an M365/Teams style environment-with a focus on collaboration, productivity, data management and user experience.
Essential skills and experience:
- Google Workspace Architecture, Design & Implementation
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of a new Google Workspace platform
- Build an integrated environment covering email, collaboration, productivity tools, data storage and access management
- Define architecture standards, security controls, governance frameworks and best practices
- Ensure seamless integration with existing banking systems and security tooling
- Lead large scale EUC rollouts, migrations and modernisation programmes
- Develop migration strategy, tooling approach and roadmap
