Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Programme Training Manager for a Salesforce transformation programme within financial services. You will design, deliver and coordinate training to ensure colleagues adopt new processes, systems and ways of working with engaging, role-based learning.
You will develop the training strategy, work with SMEs and change teams to define learning needs, create guides, e-learning, workshops and system demonstrations, and track attendance and readiness metrics.
