Overview: Outside IR35, UK Travel required. Responsibilities include:
- Leading rollout across the UK for a disparate user base, ensuring successful adoption.
- Delivering high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to end users, particularly in the Sales and Marketing area.
- Developing and implementing structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
- Working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
