Overview: Outside IR35, UK Travel required. Responsibilities include:
- Leading rollout across the UK for a disparate user base, ensuring successful adoption.
- Delivering high-quality Salesforce training solutions tailored to end users, particularly in the Sales and Marketing area.
- Developing and implementing structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
- Working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials.
- Acting as a Salesforce subject-matter expert, contributing to training needs analysis, e-learning development, and training assessments.
Qualifications:
- Proven IT Systems Training background.
- Experience on IT programmes in a technical role with an interest in moving into Training / Business Change.
- Experience delivering Salesforce training, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
