Role Purpose / Summary
Fluent French speaking Project Manager required to:
- Lead the Workplace IT Services migration for France on behalf of the Customer
- Develop and maintain the project plan
- Develop and maintain a Service Readiness Checklist for each applicable Workplace IT Service in France
- Engage Customer stakeholders in France to confirm readiness for each applicable Workplace IT Service
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the Workplace IT Services migration in France and provide status reporting
- Review and track issues, and escalate to Customer stakeholders as needed
Skills
- Project management experience
- Service readiness, Service introduction, and Service transition experience
- Must be fluent in French
- 7 - 9 years Project Management experience
- 7 - 9 years SI experience
- Reporting knowledge
- Experience in managing big projects
- ITIL SPOC for handover to delivery
