The ideal candidate will have active SC Clearance or be eligible to undergo SC Clearance. We are actively looking to secure a Junior Project Manager to join Experis. Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. Job Purpose/The Role: Within this role, you will be responsible for supporting the effective delivery of projects and services by applying Agile and Lean practices, ensuring processes operate efficiently, and maintaining strong delivery momentum.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply Agile and Lean practices to drive efficient, high‑quality delivery.
  • Manage commercial considerations to ensure value for money and effective supplier engagement.
  • Communicate clearly between technical and non‑technical stakeholders to enable informed decision‑making.
  • Oversee financial management activities, supporting accurate budgeting and cost control.
  • Maintain a life‑cycle perspective, ensuring activities are aligned from initiation through to delivery and closure.
  • Sustain delivery momentum by identifying risks, removing blockers, and keeping teams focused on outcomes.
  • Optimise and maintain operational processes to ensure they are effective, scalable, and fit for purpose.
  • Lead and support planning activities, ensuring work is structured, prioritised, and aligned to objectives.

Your Skills:

  • Must be a UK National with a minimum of 5 years' residency.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Lean practices.
  • Experience in commercial management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Competence in financial management.
  • Ability to apply a full life‑cycle perspective to delivery.
  • Proven capability in maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Experience in designing, managing, and improving operational processes.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
