Job Title: Oracle eBusiness & Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £650 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness & Fusion HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in delivering and managing pre-sales activities related to eBusiness and Cloud HCM solutions. You will play a key role in defining, scoping, planning, and estimating Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion HCM Cloud-based solutions, while also engaging with stakeholders and partners to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the delivery of eBusiness and Cloud HCM solutions .
• Provide engagement management and maintain strong commercial awareness, including pre-sales experience in Oracle eBusiness Suite and Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.
• Define, scope, plan, and estimate project requirements for Oracle-based solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, Oracle, and other partners .
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including business users and stakeholders.
• Influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating strong interpersonal and leadership skills .
• Show innovative and creative thinking, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with Security Clearance eligibility requirements .

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivery and pre-sales of Oracle eBusiness and Fusion HCM Cloud solutions .
• Strong engagement management skills with commercial awareness.
• Demonstrated ability to scope, plan, and estimate Oracle-based projects .
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Excellent communication skills , with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Must be eligible for Security Clearance .
