What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Monitoring and reporting on network elements to ensure performance and stability.
  • Processing customer service requests and deploying configurations for new services.
  • Liaising with service management teams and customer stakeholders to deliver network solutions.
  • Providing technical support to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and end-user groups.
  • Maintaining accurate network documentation, including network diagrams and configurations.
  • Supporting annual Crypto Key Fill and updating the CMDB.
  • Providing out-of-hours on-call technical support on a rotational basis (1 week in 4).

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with Juniper network devices and Juniper firewalls (Will consider Cisco too).
  • A solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Experience with encryption technologies to ensure secure communications.

Nice to Have (Desirable Skills):

  • Understanding of handling sensitive materials and maintaining secure environments.
