We are seeking a high calibre contractor to support a major digital transformation within a fast paced retail environment. This role requires a confident, articulate professional who can operate seamlessly across business and technology teams, quickly absorb complex information, and translate it into clear, executive ready outputs.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the narrative of our transformation journey. Ideally fluent in SAP concepts and terminology, with the ability to engage credibly with programme leads, architects, and senior stakeholders. A core part of the role will involve distilling large volumes of content, discussions, and technical detail into concise, compelling slideware that conveys key messages, decisions, risks, and strategic direction for executive audiences.
Key Accountabilities:- Synthesize complex programme information, technical discussions, and business requirements into clear, structured executive level presentations.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring SAP related concepts are communicated in a way that is accessible and aligned to strategic objectives.
- Support the digital transformation leadership team by shaping messaging, storylines, and artefacts that drive alignment and decision making.
- Rapidly build an understanding of the programme landscape, priorities, and interdependencies to ensure accuracy and clarity in all materials produced.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather insights, validate content, and refine messaging.
- Essential: Strong background in Digital Transformation Programmes with the ability to speak confidently and fluently about impacts and outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly in creating high quality PowerPoint materials for executive forums.
- Proven ability to distill complex information into simple, strategic narratives.
- Experience working in large scale retail or similarly fast moving environments.
