This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving transformation through effective project delivery.
While deep technical expertise is not essential, a strong grasp of business process complexities, stakeholder management, and strategic alignment is critical. You will play a key role in ensuring that global ERP deployments - particularly around S/4HANA, Finance, or Order to Cash (OTC) - are delivered successfully and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of ERP (ideally SAP S/4HANA) deployments within a global context
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams (including offshore delivery) to resolve issues, identify risks, and maintain delivery momentum
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand, challenge, and refine business requirements
- Identify and manage gaps between business needs and ERP solution capabilities
- Drive strategic alignment and facilitate decision-making across workstreams
- Ensure project delivery is on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to agreed templates and methodologies
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, agility, and accountability within the delivery team
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience managing complex ERP deployments in large, global organisations
- Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4HANA (especially in Finance or OTC domains)
- Adept at problem solving, issue resolution, and decision facilitation
- Confident in challenging assumptions, identifying gaps, and influencing outcomes
- Experience managing remote and offshore teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Proactive, delivery-focused, and adaptable to changing business priorities
