Candidates must have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years.
We're looking for an experienced Rubrik Backup Engineer to take ownership of data protection across a hybrid environment covering on-prem, Azure, and Office 365.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, optimise, and administer Rubrik clusters.
- Ensure full backup/restore coverage for on-prem, Azure, and O365 workloads.
- Manage backup policies, SLAs, retention, immutability, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot backup issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver fixes.
- Support audits, DR processes, and cross-team projects.
Essential Skills
- Strong hands-on Rubrik experience.
- Hybrid infrastructure knowledge (on-prem + Azure).
- Backup/restore of Azure and Office 365 via Rubrik.
- Solid troubleshooting and governance understanding.
Desirable
- Experience with enterprise backup suites.
- API/automation exposure.
- DR planning.
