Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Enterprise Solutions Engineer to drive the development and deployment of advanced data storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and commercial aspects of enterprise projects, with experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the launch of multiple enterprise product lines and solutions for Channel Partners.
- Provide detailed technical expertise in data storage fundamentals and solution design.
- Develop and manage international client accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and coordinate technical sales activities across Europe.
- Manage and support the full sales cycle, from technical pre-sales to post-sales activities, ensuring successful product integration and lifecycle support.
- Provide and manage technical responses to complex RFQs and RFPs, including participation in QBRs and public tenders.
- Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, fostering trust and collaboration with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Act as a customer escalation point and lead internal support and development teams to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- Guide product development by translating customer requirements into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in enterprise data storage, technical sales, and solution engineering.
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with executive leadership, customers, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex technical and non-technical issues.
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise storage solutions and data management concepts.
- Experience with technical responses to RFQs/RFPs and public tenders.
- Project management experience, especially in multi-stakeholder environments.
