We are hiring Business Analysts to join a fast-growing, mission-led data and AI consultancy delivering high-impact programmes across UK Defence and National Security. As a Business Analyst, you'll operate at the interface between senior stakeholders, technical delivery teams, and end users, shaping requirements and ensuring solutions deliver real-world value. Responsibilities

  • Engaging with Defence and government stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex, data-led or digital environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including at senior level

  • Experience within Defence, National Security, or other secure government settings
  • DV clearance (current and transferable)
