This client are on the hunt for a proactive, tech-savvy 2nd Line IT Support Engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier IT support.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to tech hero for all end-user support across PCs, mobile devices, tablets, and more.
- Dive into Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019, and VMware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware, software, and networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS).
- Support and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Get hands-on with server configuration, Linux, and cybersecurity tools like EDR.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and Senior Engineer on projects, onboarding, and training.
- Manage the Service Desk, document solutions, and help shape our knowledge base.
What You\’ll Bring:
- Solid experience in 2nd Line IT Support with Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and Office apps.
- A working knowledge of networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS).
