Experis' client who has bases in the West of Glasgow, Central Glasgow and Edinburgh are currently looking for a Contract Agile Project Manager to lead client-side delivery of their Software Platforms. You’ll need to coordinate internal teams and multiple external suppliers to drive continuous improvement, stable releases, and value‑led enhancements in a high‑availability environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery of platform upgrades and product releases.
- Manage end‑to‑end release cycles and Agile ceremonies.
- Oversee supplier performance and cross team coordination.
- Maintain a prioritised product backlog with Product Owners.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and governance reporting.
- Build and support an internal delivery team (BA, UX/UI, QA).
- Support change adoption, business cases, and stakeholder alignment.
Skills & Experience
- Agile project delivery in tech, consultancy or client-side environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and tools like Jira/Confluence.
- Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience with software platform delivery (ecommerce or digital apps).
- Strong stakeholder management up to exec level.
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, cloud environments, and data‑led decision making.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
