This is an exciting opportunity to work on critical networks, ensuring secure data transfer and supporting multiple projects within a structured IT environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Investigating and resolving technical issues across existing networks and systems
- Supporting multiple projects to deliver timely technical outputs
- Implementing and configuring new systems and solutions
- Assisting with system implementations and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Sharing knowledge, developing processes, and maintaining high standards of service
What you'll bring:
- Hands‑on experience in networking, IT, and communications
- Support experience with Juniper SRX networks, including cyber patches and issue investigation (VPNs, VLANs, ESXi environment)
- Knowledge of certificate‑based VPNs is advantageous
- Understanding of Microsoft, Windows, Linux, Juniper, or coding environments is beneficial
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and provide practical solutions
- Professionalism and experience working within a structured IT environment
