We are recruiting a Delivery Manager (Legacy Systems) for an MoD-aligned government agency to lead an established dev & test team working on key legacy applications and services (no greenfield build).
The role:
- Own end-to-end delivery for 1-2 legacy services (roadmap, flow, risks, dependencies)
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team (dev, test, BA, etc.) in a pragmatic Agile environment
- Drive iterative improvements to existing applications and user journeys
- Work within public-sector governance and bureaucracy while keeping delivery moving
You’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Agile Delivery Lead (not just PM / Scrum Master)
- Strong background delivering and improving legacy or long-lived systems
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in Agile (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid)
- Comfortable operating in regulated / government-style environments
- SC clearance or eligibility highly desirable
