My leading client is looking for a Data Insights Analyst with a strong background in the Healthcare industry. You will work on a range of projects to conduct ad-hoc analysis supporting specific business areas, including Business Development proposals and performance reviews. You should be comfortable developing dashboards, reports, and visualisations that communicate insights effectively. A key requirement is understanding business data needs and delivering analytical solutions that generate new and repeat business.

You must have proven experience analyzing and preparing healthcare data from various internal databases, ensuring accuracy. This includes understanding healthcare data systems, standards, and terminology, such as NHS data sets, clinical coding (ICD-10, OPCS), and operational data.

Additionally, you should have working knowledge of the UK healthcare system, including NHS and private sectors, and be proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, PowerBI, and Python.
