Required Skills and Experience
- Overall IT experience of 20+ years
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture design and principles
- Strong experience in Security, Integration, and Technical architecture
- Experience working in a multi-supplier environment
- Experience driving architectural governance, including TDA (Technical Design Authority)
- Experience with data, UI, and integration technologies, solving architectural and design problems
- Experience leading a team of Senior Architects
- Experience in building business transformation roadmaps supported by end-to-end solution design
- Experience with solutions such as customer IDAM, integration strategy, release strategy, data migration strategy, etc.
- Ability to develop cost-optimized solutions while safeguarding the customer's IT environment
- Experience governing architectural deliverables from suppliers
- Experience delivering transformation programs
