Required Skills and Experience

  • Overall IT experience of 20+ years
  • Strong experience in enterprise architecture design and principles
  • Strong experience in Security, Integration, and Technical architecture
  • Experience working in a multi-supplier environment
  • Experience driving architectural governance, including TDA (Technical Design Authority)
  • Experience with data, UI, and integration technologies, solving architectural and design problems
  • Experience leading a team of Senior Architects
  • Experience in building business transformation roadmaps supported by end-to-end solution design
  • Experience with solutions such as customer IDAM, integration strategy, release strategy, data migration strategy, etc.
  • Ability to develop cost-optimized solutions while safeguarding the customer's IT environment
  • Experience governing architectural deliverables from suppliers
  • Experience delivering transformation programs
