The 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer will play a key role in maintaining service stability across a global customer WAN estate.
About the Role
As a 2nd Line 24/7 WAN Network Support Engineer, you will support, manage, and configure Juniper SRX and MX routers within a live BAU environment. You will handle escalations from 1st line, provide technical guidance, and work closely with 3rd line engineers to resolve complex issues. The role includes incident management, fault diagnosis, change implementation, and support for project activities. You will contribute to knowledge sharing and skills uplift across the 2nd line team.
Key Skills
- Hands on experience with Juniper SRX and MX platforms, including strong CLI skills.
