What you'll be doing:
- Configure and support infrastructure, middleware, and applications using Ansible
- Develop and maintain solutions using Python and AWS cloud services
- Support CI/CD through GitLab pipelines
- Carry out day-to-day UNIX administration and scripting using Bash
- Work with RHEL operating systems to keep environments stable and performant
- Contribute to development and testing using Behave/Cucumber
- Develop, test, and maintain application capabilities within the programme alongside an existing delivery team
What you'll bring:
- Strong hands-on experience configuring infrastructure and applications with Ansible
- Solid Python capability and practical AWS cloud experience
- Experience working with GitLab pipelines
- Confidence with UNIX administration, including Bash scripting and RHEL environments
- Experience with Behave/Cucumber for testing

You’ll be working on a tender under the DALAS Lot 3 framework, supporting Borders & Trade needs as part of a nationally critical programme. Hybrid arrangements are available (London York Road), with remote options within the UK.
