Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background to support the delivery of change initiatives within a dynamic Agile environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the change backlog and drive delivery across a wider change agenda. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Maintain and prioritise the change backlog, ensuring alignment with broader Data Platform priorities. Provide structured and transparent status updates to stakeholders and consumers. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to track progress against milestones, manage risks and issues, and ensure budget adherence. Contribute to the technical development approach, balancing cost, time, quality, and risk. Assist in identifying, managing, and resolving technical Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAIDs). Essential Skills & Experience: Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent Agile certification). Proven experience working in Agile development environments. Strong understanding of the full end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Demonstrated servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement skills. Hands-on technical experience in software development or implementation. Experience designing software solutions across distributed and integrated architectures.
