We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Operations team in Uxbridge. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring colleagues across the business are paid accurately and on time, while supporting process improvements and helping develop team capability.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Payroll Processing & Accuracy
- Process and validate payroll submissions and templates
- Manage SSP, Parental Pay, Student Loans, NI exemptions, Pensions and RTI tasks
- Handle holiday queries and statutory payroll documentation
- Customer Service & Query Resolution
- Respond to payroll queries from employees, internal teams and external agencies
- Produce statements of earnings, copy payslips, references and government forms
- Payments & Adjustments
- Process BACS recalls, faster payments and CHAPS
- Manage overpayments, manual adjustments and payroll reconciliations
- Compliance & Year‑End
- Support Auto‑Enrolment, P11D activities and National Statistics Surveys
- Ensure compliance with HMRC requirements, internal controls and SOX frameworks
- Teamwork & Continuous Improvement
- Support and cross‑train team members
- Contribute to department goals
- Identify and support implementation of process improvements
