As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- New Business Development
- Sourcing and selecting top talent in the industry
- Qualifying Leads
- Generating GP monthly through the successful placement of candidates
- Managing your monthly targets to achieve your bonus
- Ideally you will have a background in sales or recruitment, however if you are able to demonstrate a naturally persuasive manner, have great eye for detail, and be able to work to targets then we`d love to hear from you.
You will have exceptional communication skills (face to face, on the telephone and via email) and have a strong desire to succeed.
