As a Senior Service Executive, you'll coordinate day-to-day Academy delivery across small to medium client accounts - keeping programmes on track, maintaining accurate reporting, and creating a consistent, supportive experience for every delegate. You'll work closely with clients, training partners, and internal teams to uphold service standards and meet agreed SLAs.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Experis Academy programmes across multiple client accounts
- Support delegates with onboarding, attendance, timesheets, queries, and pastoral check-ins
- Maintain accurate programme plans, timelines, and documentation
- Work closely with Sales, Recruitment, Compliance, HR, and Payroll to ensure aligned processes
- Liaise with training providers to facilitate smooth programme delivery and gather updates
- Produce accurate reporting for internal stakeholders
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, partners, and delegates
