We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Experis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record in candidate resourcing. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Resourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles. Utilize various channels and tools to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
