About the role:
- Make business development calls and meet clients to build and manage your own portfolio.
- Source, screen, and engage candidates, matching them to meaningful roles.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop your personal online brand and work towards your targets.
- You will need a car and licence as some client visits are required.

- An experienced Recruitment Consultant from Social Care, temporary or permanent.
- Or a driven individual with sales, customer service, or admin experience.
