Role: ServiceNow Architect IRM & SecOps

Location: London/Remote

Duration: 6 months

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions across the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Security Operations (SecOps) modules. This is a strategic role focused on shaping our ServiceNow library strategy, ensuring thread-safe, scalable, and centralised model implementations that support our wider technology goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess, and enhance the architecture of enterprise ServiceNow IRM & SecOps solutions.
  • Design and implement a unified, thread-safe framework for model reuse and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Markets QA, Security, and Risk, to guide platform architecture and roadmaps.
  • Provide technical leadership during implementations, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on ServiceNow best practices, integrations, and architectural patterns.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IRM and SecOps modules.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, Scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and module design.
  • Experience in delivering secure, scalable, and reusable architectures across complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and security operations workflows.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, CIS – IRM, CIS – SecOps (preferred).
