The successful candidate will provide expert-level support for AIX environments across Live, Development, and Test platforms, while also driving infrastructure change, upgrade, and project delivery initiatives. About the Role This senior-level position sits within an established AIX support team responsible for the delivery of both operational support and project services. The team provides support across Live, Development and Test environments, ensuring the availability, performance, and stability of critical infrastructure. Alongside day-to-day service responsibilities, the team also delivers a substantial volume of change, migration, transformation, and project work. A significant portion of upcoming activity involves infrastructure modernisation and migration programmes, requiring an engineer who is comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and occasionally supporting planned out-of-hours implementations.
