Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Designer / Developer to join a global Digital Learning Development (DLD) function on a longâterm contract. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for the design, development, and delivery of highâquality digital learning assets supporting global Pharmaceutical, Quality, and Commercialisation learning academies. Digital Learning Development is a multiâdisciplinary team delivering scalable, highâimpact digital learning solutions to a global audience. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational qualification training, compliance, risk management, and capability development within a highly regulated environment.

- Global remit supporting learning academies across Pharmaceutical R&D, Quality Management Systems, and Global Commercialisation
- Learning solutions delivered across 50+ countries, reaching 10,000+ users
- Digital learning outputs are integral to operational readiness, licensing, compliance, and performance improvement
