The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead and coordinate change activity across a complex portfolio of initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring change is effectively planned, delivered and embedded, enabling the organisation to realise sustainable benefits from transformation. Operating as a senior practitioner, you will work closely with programme teams, operational stakeholders and senior leaders to manage change impact, readiness and adoption at scale. The role suits someone comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‐moving, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‐to‐end change management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Translate organisational change strategy into clear, actionable change plans
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on change approach and delivery
- Ensure people‐centred change is embedded across processes, systems and ways of working
- Conduct and oversee change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and readiness planning
- Manage and coordinate change roadmaps, sequencing activity to minimise change fatigue
- Ensure change impacts across people, process and technology are clearly understood
