We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to support the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing optimisation of SAP solutions within our Retail domain. This role primarily focuses on SAP ECC Retail while providing hands-on support to the organisation's transition to SAP S/4HANA. You will work closely with senior product managers, business stakeholders, technical teams, and programme leads to ensure our SAP platforms continue to enable efficient retail operations today, while helping shape the roadmap for our next-generation S/4HANA landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career who is eager to develop deeper SAP Retail expertise and gain exposure to a major digital transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP ECC Retail (Primary Focus)
  • Support day-to-day product management activities across SAP ECC Retail modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI integration points, Retail Pricing, Article Master, Listings, management of IDOCs) and management of incident processes.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to triage incidents.
