Experis are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant digital and AI transformation. As part of this journey, they are investing in building out their Intelligent Automation capability, with a strong focus on AI-powered workflows, copilots and enterprise automation. This is a hands-on role where you'll design, build and deploy AI-driven automations that improve efficiency, decision-making and user experience across the business. You'll work at the intersection of AI, automation and enterprise systems, helping to move the organisation towards an 'AI-first' approach to solving business problems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing and building AI-powered copilots and agents to automate business processes end-to-end
- Developing Generative AI workflows using Azure OpenAI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Building and deploying automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems (CRM, M365, APIs, data platforms)
- Ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with governance and compliance standards
- Monitoring, testing and continuously improving automation solutions based on usage and feedback
