Role Description:
Design a resilient, scalable and secure IDV architecture incorporating Microsoft Verified ID, Onfido, and modern authentication flows. Safeguard user trust. Reduce risk. Enable frictionless recovery journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end security architecture for POC, MVP and production rollout.
- Define secure user journeys for remote password reset and identity verification.
- Ensure alignment to enterprise security standards, compliance and threat modelling outputs.
- Produce architecture artefacts (HLD, LLD, patterns, data flows, integration specs).
- Guide engineers during build and validate controls in testing.
Essential Experience:
- Strong background in IAM, MFA, IDV, and secure authentication flows.
- Experience designing solutions using Microsoft Entra, Verified ID, Azure AD B2C/B2B, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of biometric verification platforms (Onfido).
- Experience producing high-quality architectural documentation.
- Security architecture certification (SABSA, CISSP/ISSAP or equivalent).
Desirable Experience:
- Financial services architecture experience.
- Experience with privacy-preserving identity approaches.
