We are passionate about training, technology and career development.</p><p><b>Job Purpose/The Role:</b></p><p>As a Contract Demand Lead you will:</p><p>Client Account Management (CAM) main priority is to ensure a strong focus on the client and their priorities and how we drive value for them in a more competitive context.</p><p>Our area covers Sales Operations, Demand Lifecycle Management and Relationship Management. These teams work together to ensure we can maximise the opportunities across both our existing contracts and generating new areas of growth.</p><p>Contract Demand is a key part of the Demand Management Lifecycle. The Contract Demand Lead is responsible for the management of all client requests from receipt to submission, working closely with the Contract Delivery Areas and other key stakeholders to ultimately obtain the relevant client request response and sign offs.</p><p>As a Contract Demand Lead you will:</p><ul><li>Be assigned to one or more Contracts/Contract Areas</li><li>Understand future Contract demand and drive insight and decision making.</li><li>Ensure visibility and work with Contract Area key stakeholders to improve response performance.</li><li>Ensure high quality accurate data collection via workflow tool to support reporting.</li><li>Support implementation and operation of Common Response</li><li>Provide cover and support to other CDLs and Contract Areas as required.</li><li>Work with the Enablement function to improve processes across the MU</li></ul><p><b>Benefits Include:</b></p><ul><li>Contributory pension scheme</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Medical and Dental cover</li><li>22 days holiday + bank holidays</li><li>Maternity Pay/Shared Parental leave and paternity leave</li><li>Sick pay</li></ul><p>Suitable Candidates should submit CVs in the first instance.</p>
